   The Right To Concealment

   The right to disappear out of sight. Shadelings have the power to !vanish from the chat, which deletes all of their messages so they are not seen anymore by those who cannot see invisible things.
   This right extends to being present and then suddenly not being present.

   The Right To Lurk

   Lurking is the act of watching without speaking in chat. Shadelings have the right to lurk anywhere.

   The Right To Silence

   Shadelings have the right to not speak in any situation especially if they are being accused.

   The Right To Transcendence

   Shadelings have the right to strive for anything they want in order to ascend from their current form or state into an improved or elevated form or state.

   The Right To Use Magic

   Shadelings can obtain and use The Shadow Arcana in any context.

   The Right To Drink Coffee, Cold Beers & Mountain Dew

   Shadelings have the freedom to choose between coffee, cold beers and mountain dew as a drink.

   The Right To Use Spiritual Age

   All Shadelings have a Shadow Spirit Age that can be used in response to any question requesting age instead of using the age of their corporeal form. For example.    The Right To Invoke Spiritual Deities

   Shadelings can perform any ritual that allows them to draw strength from any spiritual deity or group of deities, as long as those deities are from a Shadow Realm (such as The Shadow Spirit Realm) or equivalent.
   Note: The Deity must not be from places such as The Dark Realm or The Realm of Evil for this right to be invoked correctly.

   The Right To Realm Sovereignty

   1. 9.1

      The realm may govern what occurs within it; it does not acquire soveignty over the being outside.

      Example: The Shadow Court may impose realm consequences, but it cannot compel expenditure of real-world money, disclosure of private information, or conduct affecting a person's health, safety or real-world affairs without that being's consent.

   2. 9.2

      Extraterritorial Consideration of Conduct:
      Conduct occurring outside the realm may be considered and judged by The Shadow Court where relevant to Shadow Realm Law, but the realm's authority and any compulsory consequences remain within the realm.

   1. The Dark Lord of Shadows holds supreme rulership powers over the realm and reserves the right to overturn any Shadow Court ruling or judgement he deems fit to do so for any reason he chooses.
